A:BEST ANSWERHi,
Please make sure the vehicle is cold. To remove this type of cap, push down while simultaneously turning the cap counterclockwise. Tighten it first then loosen it. You can use a pair of channel locks and wrap the jaws in a towel so you don't gouge the cap. The added handle length will give you torque. Show less
